Capabilities

We are a two fold company, a Manufacturer of Plastic Laminate and Veneer Panels who also does Custom Cutting, Edgebanding, Machined Parts and Custom Slatwall.
We also have a Custom Millwork and Cabinet Shop with Staining, Painting and Finishing capabilities.
Custom Cutting: Our computerized Holzher Cut 85 Beam Saw is able to handle boards up to 12' in the horizontal and vertical. Our Custom Cutting will be able tout individual cabinet parts of equal size.
EdgeBander: Our Holzher sprint 1416 EdgeBander has the capabilities of applying .05mm PVC tape or veneers up to 3mm PVC banding and up to 1/2" solid wood stock to normal cores of a minimum of 1/2" to maximum 1.5" |

CNC Machine center: Our Holzher 7123 Pro-Master has the capabilities of boring in the horizontal and vertical and has 12 piece tool changer to meet all types of cabinetry and woodworking needs. Our machine center has machined parts such as all type cabinet members, serpentine counter tops, skate boards, fluted columns and Slatwall.
High Volume Manufacturing: We can meet your needs for high volume manufacturing. Submit a Sketch or drawing, type of materials needed along with volume and time frames. We will contact you and work on your project to meet your needs.
